Definitions:

"Access Token" means a token containing the security credentials for a login session and identifies you, your group, your privileges, and, in some cases, a particular application. One may be asked to enter an access token rather than the usual password.  

“Affiliate” in respect of Tatvic shall mean any other Person that, either directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediate Persons, is controlling, controlled by, or is under the common control of, Tatvic.  

“Feedback” means the information or statements of opinion sought by us by way of emails and other methods of online surveys, regarding performance of the Product and/or Website, for research and quality control purposes.  

“Google Account” means the “Google Analytics Account” or “Google Tag Manager account” owned by You. 

“Google Analytics” means Google’s web analytics service that provides statistics and basic analytical tools for search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing purposes.

Product” means Tagmate website, Tagmate web application, Tagmate chrome extension, Tagmate SDK/ plugins and includes “Website” that adds new features or extends functionality on an existing software as well as its "after sale service” and information regarding marketing or events. 

“Product Performance” means the working of Tagmate website, Tagmate web application, Tagmate chrome extension or Tagmate SDK/plugins and/or Website subject to uptime of Google products such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. 

“Programmatic Access”
 allows You to invoke actions either through an application that You write or through a third-party tool. You use an access key ID and a secret access key to sign Your requests for authorization. 

“Refresh Token” Access token expires in every thirty mins. In order to generate access token for the future use, refresh token is used to generate the access token. 

“Users” means the users of Your (as defined hereinbelow) website. 

“User behavior” means the data of what User does on Your website. 

“We” means Tatvic Analytics Private Limited and all its current and future affiliate(s)including Tatvic Media Consulting Private Limited, Tatvic Associate, Tatvic Analytics LLC, Tatvic Analytics Pte Ltd. 

“Web Analytics” means the process of analyzing the behavior of users on a website.  

Website” means Tagmate.app or track.tagmate.app or migrate.tagmate.app and other subdomains of tagmate.app

1.1. We collect personal information that You voluntarily provide to us when You register on our website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Product, or participate in activities on the Website or otherwise when You contact us.

2.11. For FTP and SSH: We ask for FTP and/or SSH for the Your backend so that You can solve and/or debug the issue You face during the functioning of the Product. 4.1. We require admin access to your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts. We cannot have admin access to Your Google Analytics Account or Google Tag Manager Account unless You have explicitly shared such access in writing to us. We have programmatic access to Your Google Tag Manager Account via Access token and Refresh token and through the below12 services (as classified by Google), we can access the User data subject to consent provided by You: [Please note that we can only access such data but we don’t collect, store and use such data during Product performance].

12.) Controls for do-not-track features

12.1. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting You can activate to signal Your privacy preference not to have data about Your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
